Our catering division is dedicated to offering customers flexible menu and service options at a competitive price. Whether you're hosting a special event for 1,000 people, or simply need a family-style dinner for a small group, Silvio's Brazilian BBQ wants to be your catering partner.


Service Descriptions


Full Service:
From set-up to tear down we have you covered with this full-service option. Whether you are feeding a flock or a few, we will make sure that you can sit back and relax while we do the work.

Drop-off:
If you just need the food, then this is a perfect option. This service is great for groups as small as 20, and up to 300, and works well for luncheons, sales meetings, and seminars.

Set Up And Go ®:
This service is the Full Service/Drop-off "hybrid." If you want the elegance of a catered event, but don't necessarily need the full-staff, then we will literally "set up and go".and then come back to clean up for you and get our stuff!

Box Lunches:
In honor of those wonderful school days, Silvio's offers the ease and simplicity of the box lunch service. Exactly as it sounds, we prepare a lunch in a box for each guest and drop off at your location just in time to ward off the hungry natives.
