Silvio's Brazilian BBQ is Southern California's favorite destination for real, "backyard BBQ" style Brazilian cuisine.

Our Special Events division can be found participating in events within our community as well as throughout parts of Southern California. From Coachella and National AVP Tournaments, to the local street fairs and farmer's markets, Silvio's is thrilled to be THE premier food vendor for authentic Brazilian BBQ. We are proud to say that over 200,000 people first tried Brazilian food at one of our special event appearances.

The special events menu takes it up a few notches from selections typically found at festivals and special events. Specialties include a mesquite grilled tri-tip cooked with rock salt and beer, an incredible BBQ chicken known as "frango de oro" or golden chicken, calabreza (Brazilian sausage); and for the vegetarians, you can't go wrong with the mesquite grilled vegetables. Silvio's takes pride in using the freshest ingredients to make delicious BBQ Plates, Giant BBQ Sandwiches, Farmer's Market Salads, and the World Famous Carnaval Plate. Don't be surprised to hear the staff sing the Carnaval plate song when one is ordered!
